Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included.

  Courier Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  After receiving your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
